Challenge anyone, play as much as you like, and let the rating decide. Everyone starts at 1000 — from there it is only results.

Play ranked without a challenge — PES 2021 ELO - SEASON 5
Create or join a 1v1 Friendly room with this exact name. When both players are registered in the season, the finished match counts towards your ELO automatically.
Both players must have joined the ELO league. If one has not, the match is friendly — no rating changes.
It makes no difference who creates the room and who joins.
The season limit of 5 rated matches against the same opponent still applies here. Play more if you like — those simply do not count.
Any other room name stays a friendly. Direct challenges keep their own private code.
Default game database only. Edited squads mean an annulled result and a ban.
Room name
ELO-S5
Type it exactly. The game adds its own room number in front — that is fine.
Every player begins at 1000. Your rating only moves on a verified result.
Challenge a player
Challenge a specific opponent. Once they accept, PESBUL creates your match code and opens a private match chat so you can agree a time without leaving the site.
Or play open ranked
No opponent lined up? Open or join a room called ELO-S5. If both players are in the league, the match is rated — host or guest makes no difference.
No fixed rounds
Play as many matches as you want, whenever you want. There are no weekly fixtures to miss.
Verified players only
Every competition on PESBUL — this league included — is for accounts linked to a verified in-game identity. That is what makes a result attributable.
How to play a ranked match
Open rankedPlay right now, no opponent needed
Join the ELO league on this page. Both players must be in it.
In game, open a 1v1 Friendly room and name it exactly ELO-S5 — or find that room in the lobby and join it.
Play the match through to the final whistle.
The result appears here on its own and both ratings move. Nothing to report, nothing to confirm.
It makes no difference who created the room. If your opponent is not in the league, the match is a friendly and no rating changes.
ChallengeArrange a match with someone specific
Press Challenge next to a player on the leaderboard.
When they accept, PESBUL gives you a private match code and opens a Match Chat for the two of you.
Agree a time in the chat — no Discord needed — then one of you opens a 1v1 Friendly named with that code.
Play it, and the result lands here with the rating change posted into the chat.
An accepted challenge must be played within 24 hours or it expires. Your match chat closes with the fixture and stays readable afterwards.
Verified players only. Your account has to be linked to your in-game identity — that is what makes a result yours.
One match, one rating change. A match can never be counted twice, whichever way you played it.
5 matches against the same opponent. Per season, and the limit counts both routes together. Beyond it you can still play — it just stops moving the rating.
Unfinished matches do not count. If the game reports a match as interrupted or abandoned, no rating changes for either player.
Play on the default game database
Every ranked match is played with the game’s standard squads and player stats. An edited database — boosted ratings, moved players, custom teams — makes a result meaningless, because the rating is supposed to measure the player and not the data files.
If a modified database is found in a ranked match, the result is annulled, the rating change is reversed for both players, and the account responsible is banned from the server.
Think an opponent was not on the default database? Do not argue in the room — tell an administrator with the match code and it will be reviewed.
A win pays a lot; a loss costs little. Beating someone far above you is the fastest way up.
Against a weaker opponent
A win pays little; a loss costs a lot. Farming lower-rated players will not carry you.
The wider the rating gap, the sharper the swing. Results are matched to your challenge by room code and the players in the room, and every change is written to an immutable ledger under formula elo-1.0.0.
